A premium quality extra virgin olive oil produced by olives milled by cold extraction system, freshly harvested and carefully selected, produced from our olive trees located in the area between Fano and Pesaro, near the Adriatic Sea.
The leading product is our BLEND OIL, a perfect mix between Leccino and Raggiola varieties. This oil has a delicate and fruity taste, but also strong with a bit of bitter and spicy, to make unique your food.
On demand we can also have non-filtered oil and Monocultivar Leccino and Raggiola oil.
Monocultivar Leccino oil is fresh, delicate and well-balanced, excellent for both uncooked and cooked use. Its light and soft flavour perfectly match with delicate dishes, as fish, white meat and vegetables. Ideal for childhood diet.
Monocultivar Raggiola oil has a stronger, more bitter and spicier taste, to make a great mark to any kind of culinary preparation.
